Parish Vein Laser Aesthetics is a state-of-the-art facility focusing on the latest non-surgical procedures for veins, aging skin, problem skin, body contouring and liposuction.

Dr. Parish opened his cosmetic medical and venous practice in 1995 and is one of the pioneers of this office based medical specialization in the country.  At this time there were only a small group of physicians within this medical specialty and it was this group that went on to develop fellowships in office based cosmetic medical and surgical procedures for junior doctors.  Over the last 10 years there has been exponential growth of office based cosmetic, medical and surgical practices as those junior doctors have now graduated and entered the cosmetic arena.

In 1996, Dr. Parish became one of the early innovators in Botox injections for cosmetic use to reduce the wrinkles associated with facial expressions and fillers to restore lost collagen on the face. He was part of Allergan’s Jet program for Juvederm and has extensive training in Botox Cosmetic. He became a Fellow of the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery in 1997, one of the first 500 physicians in the country.  In 1999 he became Board Certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic procedures, one of the first in the country and in 2012 received the Certificate of Added Qualification by the American Board of Laser Surgery for Cosmetic Laser Procedures.

Dr. Parish’s expertise in Cosmetic procedures was recognized by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, of which he has been a published member since 1997, In February 2001, he received the prestigious award for Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery at the 17th annual scientific meeting.  Dr. Parish is a published expert in the field of Tumescent office based Liposuction with published articles in the Cosmetic Surgery Journal and Liposuction textbooks.  Dr. Parish became a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery and the International Society of Liposuction Surgery in 1997.

Since opening his practice in 1995, he has devoted a large part of his clinical practice to aging and sun damaged skin and in 1997 he attended the World Congress on Skin Health and Beauty in Beverly Hills which was chaired by Dr. Zen Obagi as part of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery.  Dr. Parish pioneered office based Co2 Laser Resurfacing and later fractionated Laser Resurfacing and was one of the first physicians in the country to add non ablative Intense Pulse Light skin rejuvenation to his practice in 2001.

In 2013, his extensive laser experience in skin resurfacing procedures was sought after by Venus Concepts and he is one of a handful of physicians in the country to become a clinical investigator for Venus Viva, the next generation of fractionated resurfacing technologies to supersede Fraxel lasers.  This technological advancement uses nano fractionated radiofrequency to decrease downtime and improve the cosmetic results of fractionated resurfacing technologies.

In 2006, Dr. Parish introduced the first generation of non surgical cellulite and fat reduction technologies with Velasmooth and subsequently with Velashape which continues to be the gold standard.  His expertise in this field has helped patients not wishing to undergo Liposuction an alternative for fat reduction and tightening of body areas including the neck and arms.

In 2014, Dr. Parish incorporated Venus Diamond Freeze technology  with Radiofrequency and Magnetic Pulse Synthesis (MP)2 to enhance collagen production generation of new elastic fibers, lipolysis, skin tightening and improved blood flow with a pleasant treatment experience similar to a hot stone massage.  These new technologies are a game changer and have been very well received by our patients.
